Filleto Ala Pana at Eloise Q’s Cuisine
The sauce–that’s the first thing you’ll see when your order arrives at your table. Thick, creamy and decadent, it shouts richness and heaviness–until you take your first bite that is. Despite its appearance the sauce is not that heavy and compliments the meat underneath very well. And what a piece of meat it is, or rather pieces as the case may be–tender and juicy tenderloin cut into bite sized pieces and cooked to perfection. And well it should be because the tenderloin was lovingly and tediously processed and prepared on site by restaurant owner Loisa Querubin–this is not your everyday “commercialized” fare. With steamed vegetables on the side you can have your fill of this heavenly dish for P190.00–well worth the money.
